In the last 8 years Jubilee Church Farnham has developed amazing community development work, recently in partnership with Surrey County Council, Waverley Borough Council, Farnham Town Council and The Chantrys Resident’s Association on an estate in Farnham identified as having many social needs. Action had taken place after research into the areas in Farnham with the greatest social need and the community development work priorities were made by the most urgent needs in these areas. Jubilee Church provides for the benefit of residents on the estate a Kidz Klub, youth club, parents and toddler group, and an annual weekend consisting of a community ‘clean up’ and fun day as well as other programmes.
This Saturday is the annual community “clear-up” day and Sunday from 1pm – 3pm is the Fun Day. Why not stop by with the family and enjoy some fun with the community? I hope to see you there.
