You will be aware of the rapidly changing coronavirus situation and will appreciate that, as a dental practice, infection control is our highest priority. Nevertheless, in response to the latest government guidance on Covid-19, we need to temporarily close our clinic from 5:30pm on Friday 27th March.
This is for the safety of all our patients and team members.
Looking after the health of our patients is our absolute priority and from Monday 29th, we will only be permitted to give emergency telephone advice. If you have an emergency please contact the practice on 01252 723 008. Cases will be triaged, telephone advice will be given and specific cases may need to be referred to a centralised treatment unit.
We are unable to see anyone with coronavirus symptoms such as fever, a new continuous cough, or those who have been in contact with a person with coronavirus symptoms within the past 14 days. If this applies to you and you require emergency treatment, please call NHS 111 who will direct you to the relevant place for the urgent treatment that you require.
We will be postponing all non-urgent treatment until advised by the governing bodies that it is safe to resume our usual service. We will of course keep you updated with the latest information on our website www.timedental.co.uk
In the meantime, please stay indoors and look after yourself and each other. There is still hope and light at this challenging time.
Best wishes
Dr Rashid and the Time Dental Team
