The Covid pandemic has resulted in the practice taking enhanced measures for your and our team safety. Using the latest guidelines from Public health England we’ve introduced new protocols so that we can see out patients safely.

The following measures have been put into place not to cause alarm. However they are needed to ensure everyone stays safe as we work through this pandemic. You may have read about ventilation being a key factor in the reducing risk of viral spread. A major investment has been the installation of mechanical extraction of the air in our building and pumping in of filtered air from outside. This means the air within the building is constantly been exchanged with fresh filtered air from outside.

All our team are screened for covid symptoms everyday and have their temperature taken. We’ve added hand sanitiser stations on entry as well as exit to the practice. All our patients are screened for covid symptoms the day before and on arrival for their appointment. Any handles or surfaces touched by patients are wiped with disinfectant wipes once they have left the building.

We have the different levels of PPE required to treat our patients safely and our team will always be wearing masks. We don’t want this to make you concerned. It’s still your caring, friendly team underneath it all!
